Our pricing is based primarily on the volume of junk we remove, think how much space your items take up in our trailer. Larger loads require more trips and time, so they cost more. Heavy items (hot tubs, concrete, pianos, large appliances, etc) can increase the price because they require extra labor, specialized equipment, and safety precautions as well as increasing the dump fees. To give a fair estimate, we consider both the total volume and the weight/difficulty of removal when providing quotes.

This is why we recommend in person estimates, so we can make sure we are providing the most accurate bid on the job.
